Physical Therapy done right

Banna Physical Therapy and Performance is dedicated to helping you swiftly achieve your wellness goals and reclaim your active lifestyle. Unlike typical physical therapy clinics, we provide personalized, one-on-one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, ensuring individualized care often lacking in traditional in-network settings due to insurance constraints. Our uninterrupted 60-minute sessions focus on orthopedic injuries and customized return-to-activity plans, utilizing hands-on techniques like manual therapy and advanced assessments such as SFMA and the McKenzie Method to get to the root cause of the problem. We're committed to empowering informed decisions about your health and ongoing education, striving to inspire you to live life to the fullest.

We're here to address any questions you may have because informed decisions about your health are paramount. We are committed to ongoing education and development, as our goal is to empower individuals to lead enriching lives and achieve their utmost potential.
